  3. Do you still carry your alarm clock with you when you travel? Can't read
  4. the tiny Palm time display at night?

  8. LClock for your Palm is a large travel clock with digits that fill the
  9. complete width of your display. Easy to read even with tired eyes. LCLock
  10. is also a simple and convenient alarm clock. If you travel across time
  11. zones, you can have it display a 2nd time zone and town name.

  13. Of course, LCLock displays date and time in your Palm's native
  14. format. I.e., it shows the giant time in the same way (12/24 hours, dot,
  15. comma or colon) as your other Palm applications.

  17. LClock is only 19k small, runs on any Pilot PDAs by 3Com and IBM: Pilot
  18. 5000, PalmPilot Personal/Professional and Palm III.

  23. LClock is shareware. You can try out the fully functional program. If
  24. you like it and use it regularly, please register. Registration fee is

  38. This license agreement settles the relation between LinkeSoft and the 
  39. user concerning the use of the enclosed software product ("program") of
  40. LinkeSoft in its Shareware version and its registered version.

  43. The user obtains through this license by LinkeSoft the non-exclusive 
  44. right to install and use this program on his PalmPilot.
  45. The program remains the sole property of LinkeSoft.
  46. The user further obtains the right to make a back-up copy by means of 
  47. the HotSync feature.

  50. The user may distribute the Shareware version of this program or copies 
  51. thereof. The Shareware version may be published on the Inter- or 
  52. Intranet or on software collections (on CDs etc.).
  53. Each distribution must contain these provisions and the above copyright
  54. notice. Except for publishing on software collections the distribution 
  55. of this program has to be free of charge.
  56. The program name or the name of LinkeSoft shall not be used for
  57. promotional purposes without prior written consent of LinkeSoft.

  74. For regular use the program has to be registered according to the 
  75. general rules about Shareware. Registration is made by payment of the 
  76. registration fee according to the program instructions. After 
  77. registration the user receives a key that entitles him to unrestricted 
  78. use of the program according to this license. Registration further 
  79. entitles the user to get support by LinkeSoft via email and free 
  80. upgrades of this program.

  83. The user shall in no way make copies of the registered version of this
  84. program, except such as coming under º 1. The user shall in no way 
  85. resell or lend the registered program or copies thereof to third persons.
  86. The registered program may not be made available to third persons.

  89. In the event that any provision of this Agreement should be or become 
  90. invalid or if there is a gap in the Agreement, the validity of the other 
  91. provisions shall not be affected. In lieu of the invalid provision or in 
  92. order to complete the Agreement, a reasonable provision shall be 
  93. effective approaching to what parties would have agreed upon if they had 
  94. considered that issue.

  97. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with German 
  98. law as it applies to German citizens and the parties hereby agree to 
  99. submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany. The place 
  100. of proceeding will be Berlin.
